Dinner & Drinks in La Cantina

In our cellar restaurant, La Cantina, we offer several options for Private Dining and parties in your own room. We offer an all-evening concept where you can start with a welcome drink and snacks, enjoy a wonderful dinner with a customized wine menu and end with some "after dinner" drinks.

The evening starts with a small appetizer before the menu below is served

• 18 months aged DOP Parma ham - Truffle mayo - Parmigiano
• Cod - Cabbage - Provolone
• Piedmontese Agnolotti pasta with 3 types of meat
• Veal jaw - Truffle - Potato
• Chocolate - Hazelnut - Coffee

Appetizer and 5 courses DKK 795.00 per pers.

WINES & BEVERAGES

Start the evening with a delicious glass of sparkling Franciacorta Ronco Calino at DKK 120.00 per gl. - and a tour of the wine cellar if you wish.

You can choose wines from our wine list or you can order one of the Italian wine or beer menus below. We pour the wine so that the glasses are not empty while you eat.

• "Vini della Casa" - the house Italian white- and redwine ad libitum during dinner and a glass of sweet wine for dessert DKK 395.00 per pers.
• Wine menu "Classico" with 5 different Italian wines DKK 595.00 per pers.
• Wine menu "Amore" with 5 different Italian wines DKK 795.00 per pers.
• "Birra" - beer menu with 5 Italian special beers adapted to the menu 425.00 per pers.
• Filtered water ad libitum DKK 30.00 per pers.

DRINKS

You are welcome to stay after dinner in the room or visit our new Italian bar “IL BAR”. In addition to coffee and avec, we offer a few different drinks and Italian specialty beers. Last serving is at 0130 - we close at 0200.
